	La Corda d'Oro--THIS IS COOL!!!!!! Summary stuff....READ


La Corda d'Oro La Corda d'Oro is my current favorite manga! It talks about a girl named Hino Kahoko who is blessed with a magical violin by a magical music fairy. I know this might all seem a little too girly or childlish but its actually pretty good [and the boys are hot too!]. Kahoko is in a highschool where there are 2 schools...one that is regular and one that focuses on music [General Ed. and Music Dep.]. The school's legend is that a long long long time ago...a man who truly loved music rescued the music fairy called Lili [its a boy] ...In return, the fairy gave its blessing to the school that the man aspired to build in Japan. As the years go by, the fairy roams around the school, but not everyone can see him. On the first day of her 2nd year, Kahoko is late. The fairy was yelling "Why can't anyone see me?" and suddenly Kahoko hears a voice. The fairy got excited but then frightened Kahoko ran. Yada Yada Yada...anyway...There is a music contest held every 3 years [which its secret motive is too look at students who can see Lili but also very talented music students]. Only very good students [usually music students because the General Students don't really show interest] usually get pick. When the principal announces the participants, Kahoko's name was called...It was because she could see the fairy...Yada Yada...She gets a magical violin from the fairy that anyone can play....the violin is actually playing based on the feelings in your heart... She meets many new friends and tries to find her way and passion in music... Characters: ~Hino Kahoko~ She is the heroine of the story. Kahoko is blessed with a magical violin in which gives her a ticket of the music world. She is very clueless but deep inside she is a kind girl who loves music. ~Lili~ He is the magical music fairy...he is not a girl ~Tsuchiura Ryotaro~ He is a soccer play and a Gen. Ed. student...He actually is a piano prodigy but stopped playing the piano after some incident... He looks after Kahoko and has a semi-obvious crush on her.... He is in the contest ~Tsukimori Len~ He is a prodigy violin player who is anti-social and cold and very very rich. He has a developing crush on Kahoko. He is in the contest. ~Hihara Kazuki~ He is a upbeat, fun, and kind-hearted trumpet player. He has a obvious crush on Kahoko... He is in the contest. ~Shimizu Keichi~ He plays the cello. Keichi is a first year in the music department. He is very forgetful and very unaware of things. He can sleep anywhere at anytime. His love for the cello is very strong. He is also participating in the contest. ~Yunoki Azuma~ His reputation at school is un marked... hot, honor student, good flute player, kind, and generous. Lather does Kahoko know that he has a evil side. He is very rich and comes from a good family. He is in the contest. ~Fuuyumi Shoko~ Image Unavailable crying A Clareinet player.
