OK! I woke up at 5:53 and by 6:20 I was at the hospital! woot! That has to be a record. You wanna know why? OK, I'll tell ya. So, my alarm went off and I got up, It's dark, I can't see anythng. I got out of bed, kicked over a white bored I have on my floor then ran into it. Hard. With my bare foot. With my pinky toe mostly. The white bored didn't get hurt but I have about a 2X1 nch cut down and across my foot. 18 stitches on the outside, more underneath because it was(is) so deep. You could see my tendons before the doctors stitched me up. It was bleedng so much. When it happened it was really calm, surprisngly enough. I stummbled back, turned on the light, started to catch the blood pourng (yes, pouring) out of my foot and bangged on my wall and yelled for my sister. She got my a towel. So, details for those of ou who want to know. The blood sprayed when I cut myself so its kinda all over the place. It got on one of my books and my homework (haha!) I got it off my book and mostly off my homework though before I left fot the hospital. My hands were covered in blood from catching it and from it soaking through the towel that I had. So, to get me out of my room and to the car, my mom gave me a sort of piggy back ride down like 13 stairs. My adreneline was pumping so much right then that i couldn't even feel my foot (still can't cuz it's numbed up) Finally, I'm in the car and on my way.
My mother and I get to the hospital and she runs in to get a wheelchair and I get pushed in. The first thing the receptionist guy says when he takes the initil look, "Wow, that's a decent cut you got yourself." XD Thnks dude. Exactly what i wanted to hear. Then i get to the room and another nurse comes in "Wow... that's a really good cut." Hey, thanks. Did you talk to the guy out front? XD So that nurse tests my movment in my foot yadda yadda yadda (basic stuff) next nurse comes in. "Dang! THat is nice cut" What the heck!? Thanks to you too. XD Finally, the doctor comes in. Guess what she says. Nope! "Oh you poor thing! How'd his happen?" By now, I know what to tell her because I have told the other million people asking me what happened. I skived my foot got an evulsion and now I'm bleeding. Fix me please? (Not exactly what I said but you get the point.) Then some girl who ODed came in and my doctor had to run off to help. So I start to read.
When my doctor gets back it's time to numb my foot. OMFG!!!! That shots hurt so frikin bad I almost threw up. I am not even kdding you. I got so pale. Then it was over my cut got washed (irgated.) then I sat there some more watng for the doctor to come back. So she comes back and starts the stiches and some other person coms in that she has to help. I'm sitting here halfway done with my stches and the doctor has to leave (I didn't really care. Don't get me wrong.) When she comes back she gets back to stiching and hts spot the didn't go numb! That hurt but not enough for me to ask her to stab me with numbng stuff again. XD Finally, done with stiches. yay! Now I get to wait some more for some one to wash it again. So lady comes in to wash it. That's done I get to wait more so I can get mu splint. That's done. I wait more to get my crutches. That's done. I wait more for my pain meds perscription. That's done. Then I have to be taught how to use the crutches. And I'm done! So, through out this entire ordeal, I am in my sponge-bob pajama pants and a Grumpy sweatshirt. And I was hungry and had to pee. XD
We left the hospital and had to go pick up my perscription. I got to use a wheelchair at the store. Now i am at home, bored out of my mind. My foot doesn't hurt yet, still numb. XD Yep. All done. XD
Oh yeah! And by the time I get to school tomorrow, I mght be on meds that make me very "Happy" so if i'm weird, sorry. XD I'm on antibiotics and some pain med that starts with a P. Perkasid or something...
