Yami reluctantly seperated his and Yugi's sweat covered bodies and pulled on his pants that was nonchalantly thrown in the room. He left the room and went into the living area to answer the door. Whatever god was watching over him at that moment hated him with all of his guts.
"Tea, what do you want?" It was as clear as noticing an oasis in the Sahara desert that he didn't want her to be there.
"You almost look like you don't want to see me. Anyway, I was wondering," She tugged at the hem of her pink blouse, "If you wanted to go to my work and have dinner tonight. It is still open, you know. They don't say 24/7 for nothing!"
"I appreciate the offer Tea, but no thank you." He began to close the door when Tea stuck her foot between it to stop it.
"What'd you mean 'no?' Let's just go and get something to eat, my treat." Tea's eyes caught Yugi inside of the dorm without a shirt on inside the dorm. "Yugi! Hey! What're you doing here?"
Yugi looked up and noticed Tea at the door. He looked at Yami expecting a sign on what to do. He got none. "H-hey T-tea. Yami just invited to spend the night."
"Spend the night, huh? Is that why you don't want to go for dinner."
"I don't want to go because I don't want your company." Yami's eyes darkened at her annoying persistence. If I don't want you, I don't ******** want you. Get it through your head!' Yami closed the door successfully this time because the brunette had brought back her foot to it's original place. "Good night."
Yugi smiled at his attitude as he walked over to the taller teen. "I should be getting back to my dorm." Yami forgot his once annoyance and turned to the smaller teen.
"Don't go. Like you said, I want you to spend the night." The once pharaoh responded as he wrapped his arms around Yugi's frail form.
'It's not allowed.'
'Why do you want to talk through your mind link now?'
'I can hear Tea's breathing on the other side of the door.'
Yami took in a deep breath and tightened his grip on Yugi. "I don't give a damn. Stay, please." There was pleading apparent in his voice.
"Sorry." He brought his lips to Yami's in a short, dry kiss before going back into the room to get his clothes.

"Hey! Yugi! Yami! Over here!" The couple of tri color haired teens looked back and saw Jounoichi running towards them with a flyer in his left hand.
"What do you have there, Jounoichi?" Yugi questioned as he took the flyer out of his friend's outstretched hand.
"It's...a...duel monsters tournament that's gonna be held in da...courtyard. I'm gonna sign up. What about you? You haven't dueled since we were in Egypt." Yami's eyes widened a fraction.
"Is this true? Why is that?"
Yugi directed his gaze to the cement floor, "I don't..."
"Because you promised yourself you'd never duel again because you think you sent me away." Yami gazed at Yugi as he attempted to avoid eye contact.
Yugi's lips turned upwards at it's sides, "That's not fair. You used the mind link."
Yami turned his gaze back to Jounoichi, "Where do you sign up? I want to give it a shot and see if I'm still able to call myself the 'king of games.'
"Awesome! That's one o' ya! Well Yugi?"
"No thanks, Jou. But I'm glad you asked me." Yugi looked towards the courtyard and could feel Yami's presence in his mind.
'I want to talk about this later.'
