School, everyone goes through it (except home schooled kids XD), and everyone always gets yelled at by the teacher because there is always a day were you prefer to talk with your friends than actually DO the work. I'm one of them, I mean, C'MON, do they really expect us to be perfect every single day? NO!
I began thinking today in school and it hit me. What if they let us use iPods? Think about it for a sec. I've noticed that when I'm in my house and I'm doing homework or chores, I always have music on, be it the stereo, iPod, or just me singing. So then I began to wonder, suppose a teacher gives us 30 math excercises. I would probably ignore the work and talk to my friends but if I listen to music, I might actually pay attention to the work WHILE listening to music and fosuc less on talking. Imagine, everyone can listen to their iPod and work instead of talking amongs themselves and pissing off the teacher!
There are a few conditions:
1) One can only use iPods during class work. No tests, no discussions, ect.
2)iPods cannot be shared. Otherwise, you'll see kids sitting next to each other all over the room creating a mess of desks.
3)NO SINGING OUT LOUD. Ok, some people can sing well enough but there are some that are just... damn....
I might think of other rules but in the mean time I think those will suffice. I know there are some downsides to my idea, theres always something that screws everything up but wouldn't it be fun for a change... I'd sure enjoy it!
