It was a very horrid dream. I woke up at 6 in the morning just to write it down, so I wouldn't forget. So here I am, I'm going to put it here word for word exactly what I wrote on paper. I wrote it out like a story, something you would read like a book. It's a very interesting story, once you read it I'm going to ask you to do something for me. Okay okay, enough blabbering; enjoy.
An Alien landed, we were inside a house when we heard the commotion from the second floor. Weird alien language; clicking and guttural sounds, then it was gone. We went out and it was daylight, the neighbors were out too. The man was conversing with girlfriend in whispers from the apartment downstairs. I had a feeling they were talking about what happened last night. Then I could hear their whispers loud and clear.
"Do you think they saw? Or even heard? What the [********] was that? Some kind of alien?" They were standing in the far right side of a small lake, I guess they were swimming. I started signing to Sylvia and Sean [My oldest sister and youngest brother], we were standing on the second floor balcony. I was explaining what I had heard.
"All these weird sounds. I swear it was aliens... Look! There is a dead body in the water... near those people. Oh my ******** God, can't they see it? It looks like it's been eaten... what the ******** is it?" The body looked like someone or something had taken a bite out of it; like raw hamburger meat, it was all bloody and of pink flesh exposed. I couldn't believe that the neighbors couldn't see the thing right in [********] front of them. Then they looked over our way, wanting to talk to us, ask us questions. The guy swam underneath the body like it was a floating log or something.
"Don't!" I called to him. "Look out! Don't you see it? What the ******** are you doing?!" I scrambled down the balcony stepladder and neared the lake. Once I got closer I could see that the body in the lake belonged to a horse, and it's head was visible just above the surface of the lake. You could see that half of it's face was taken off, exposing the bone and an empty eye socket. The head was near the mans right shoulder, I was shocked he couldn't see it. The guy started talking to me.
"Hey, did you hear the noises last night? Did you ******** see it?" I was about to answer. but then suddenly the horses' head moved up from the water and opened it's skinless jaws and took a bite right out of the guys face! All I could think of was 'This thing is like a ******** zombie! It should be dead!' The girlfriend screamed bloody murder and that was what woke me up from my shock.
I started running, running towards the ladder, scrambling to climb up. The whole time screaming,
"GO! Go! Go! Go! Go, go, go, go, go!" Sean could see from the "O" of my mouth, that I said "go" and was out. But Sylvia was in a state of shock, her mouth was gaping open, eyes transfixed at the sight. I slapped her. "GO!" She blinked hard then started running, following Sean through the house, with me bringing up the rear. I was running for dear life, and I knew that that thing would come after us; it did. I don't know how I knew, I just did. I could feel it chasing after us through the house 'How the ******** can a horse climb a ladder?' It wasn't a horse anymore. It took on a humanoid shape, with freakishly long fingernails coming out of it's hands the length of my thigh. Now that I think about it, the monster may not have been the horse. It could have been the man with his face half chewed off; exposing bone and cartilage and sinew. Yeah, it must be him.
It was coming after us really fast. We were about to open the front door, but it was like it was already on the other side; banging, trying to get in, the door shook in it's frame. We hid behind a couch, and huddled there; all three of us. Then we felt thing come in, and I heard the door open with a creak.
Fin.
Whew, long read. Okay now that you're done, tell me what you think about it. Offer insights on what the alien could have looked like or offer up an ending. What do you think will happen to me and my two siblings? Are we going to die? Get eaten up and change ourselves? Or are we somehow going to escape, or somehow going to fight the thing. Whatever you think will happen, I want to see what you can come up with. Come on it's not that hard... at least it's something to do.
