chapter 7: the new friend


It was the REAL Peter. In the middle of my scream the person beside me put a hand over my mouth & I started to cry. The person pulled on the skin of his face and exposed a mask hiding the face of another fellow fairy. I pulled the hand off my mouth and screamed my question of where we were. Again he put a hand over my mouth and whispered that he wasn't supposed to be there he said he was Elondor, a servent of Ansestra & that we were in her castle. I asked why he was here, he said he wanted to help us get out he said he was being forced against his will to work for Ansestra & that he wanted to escape too but never had a chance. Then he drew a sharp breath & turned towards the door. "I must go" he said and flew away through the doorway. As I looked around the room I saw a food tray a closet full of dresses & clothes for Peter & I. I jumped out of bed and started to dress in a beautiful red silk embroidered dress, after I had dressed, I grabbed the pitcher of water that was on the food tray and the stool, then stood on the stool gave Peter a long drink of water then used a hairpin (that I had in my hair) and picked open the locks of his chains. Before he could fall to the floor I grabbed his waist & set him on the bed. When he was finally able to speak to told me of what had happened. He said that when I had been laying on HIS bed a pair of hands reach up & grabbed my waist & dragged me through the bed and as I was pulled down he said that someone put a cloth with a chemical that made him fall asleep but as I had been being pulled he said, he was screaming because there was the mark of Ansestra upon the bed where u had been lying. As we kept speaking of what had happened the door slammed open & a dark figure steeped inside....
