Today....I feel a bit lost. Left behind. There's a lot I'm confused about...I need a bit of help finding my way back into the light today...A bit more depressed than normal...I just need a motivation...I feel cold. Like I've been sitting outside in a snowdrift all day with no coats or blankets. I feel like I might be caught in the past or something...I just don't really know.
