Like a leaf on a train
It all fades away with the rain
But I keep striving for more
Cause I know I deserve better
I know something else will be there
I'm aware of who I am, and what I'm made of
Like a school, I'm filled with kids inside
While sanity is left aside
But I'll keep running until I reach the sand
Clarifying my dreams in the abstract
Letting the cables tie up my hands
Keeping myself locked, a prisoner to what's real
But I'll keep fighting until my strengths are gone
And I still won't give up
Because it's so hard to understand when you're not inside my mind
So hard to realize that you can be better than what you're working for
If only you could see inside my thoughts
You'd noticed a table with a happy word
Covered with sheets stained with blood
Not mine, not yours but from the gods.
Cause we all have suffered enough
Time to redeem our sins
Experience life, and everything beautiful within it
Explore this world, allow me to shine like the sun
Cause we only live once and our time is soon to come
Now believe in the thunderstorm within your heart
Trust in the words that you try to defy
Let the light in your night
Not be denied
Spread up your wings and fly
Fly, fly away to a new sky
I'm ready to keep them guessing
Are you ready for the unknown?
Do you feel it raging?
Remember that I may not be pure
