The current ruler of egypt, the Lord of the Two Lands(upper, and lower), the Pharaoh Aknumkhanon, felt that the world had slowed down, crystallized into a single intense moment of being, as he gazed down at his newborn daughter. He had just returned from presenting the child to the thousands of his subjects who had gathered to catch a glimpse of the new princess, greeting her presence with loud cheering. The Pharaoh had felt slightly detached from the scene when the child had first been laid into his arms, trying to connect the tiny wailing infant to himself, this noisy bundle of energy he had suddenly been presented with, to himself and his own actions. For a moment he had simply gazed down at the child as she lay in his vizier's arms (had he not been overwhelmed with the situation, the Pharaoh felt sure he would have felt some amusement at the sight that the new princess in his swaddling appeared almost half the size of his short-statured advisor). Now all was quiet, as he found a few moment's rest in an antechamber off the throne room, cradling his daughter in his arms. How changeable the child's moods! she went from sobbing to contented cooing at the slightest gesture from her father, such as when he had touched her nose when he first held her. Now she was quiet, gazing up from where she lay swaddled in linen, squirming slightly in her father's hold. Pharaoh Akhenemkhanen couldn't take his gaze from her, tiny dark-skinned body and beautiful, slightly unfocused violet eyes. her father's eyes.he knew that later they would change into crimson, like the older brother's. she was so tiny, so helpless. At that moment, even though he knew he had an entire royal retinue to help him, the Pharaoh felt that the child in his arms encompassed his duty as King, that he alone was responsible for the girl's care, just as he was entrusted with the lives of his subjects. Soon he would face more people, present the child to his court, become swept up in the duties of Pharaoh, but for now he was entirely focused on the newborn child he held in his arms, and the newly forming bond of love he could feel growing in his heart. As the weeks and months passed, the reigning Pharaoh became more and more focused on his children, becoming enraptured by their every action, as she lay and kicked her legs, reached out with tiny hands and tiny fingers towards her father leaning over when she lay, her tears, her bursts of laughter. One of these such elements was his daughter's hair: Aknumkhanon had seen the multiple colours before, when her brother had been born. the vizier seemed almost as delighted at the child's presence as the new father: he had loudly cooed at the child, talking animatedly to her, swooping her in his arms with more energy than would be expected for a man of his age until the child gurgled happily. Somewhere, deep down, Aknumkhanon knew it couldn't go on forever. His child was a healthy girl, his only daughter, and so, as his loyal vizier had proclaimed on the day of her birth, the future (nextonly light was by a single torch, after her brother atem,)ruler of their land. Preparations for such a daunting task would be long and difficult, and he knew his daughter would not have an easy time of it, despite her high-born status. In fact, it was because of her fate that she would suffer so - the leader of such a great nation had to be strong, courageous, able to deal with hardship in order to defend the multitudes who would one day depend on her. His brother, the high priest Akunadin, had already, as harshly as he dared, reminded him of this, and although his words made sense, Aknumkhanon thought he saw something in the man's eyes that, although he could not state for certain, made him clutch his daughter more tightly to him,and with such,he decided to ask the gods. as they walked, the only light was by a single torch, down a dark tunnel, "father...i don't want to go.'' atem had said,as he started to cry."as heir of the pharaoh, you cant say that." Aknumkhanon said to his 5 1/2 year old son. "yes father."atem said. ' i can understand and feel the trembling of your voice, father! terrible.' atem though." father.....must i go...?'atem asked."no, my son....let us go" Aknumkhanon said.he started to walk down the steps with his daughter in his arms. "father...wait!"atem called after him. they walked down an isle of torches.atem walks to close to the edge and falls, but he has caught himself."father!" Aknumkhanon doesn't listen.and atem pulls himself up.they continue their walk until the reach a shrine. Aknumkhanon hands his daughter to is son, he bows, his hands on the cold floor. his son is close behind. "the great ancestors...i have made an nonredeemable fault... this ancient counterpoise...no....please put the blame for making the 7000 year old relic, on me....please prey for the safety of my son and daughter," he said. he started to cry. "please let all the sufferings fall upon me,"he said. "father....why are you crying? ''atem asked. atem bowed his head.Aknumkhanon said something in Egyptian, and atem translated: "please allow my son and daughter happy lives.please allow them to be able to care for themselves."atem whispered to his 3-month-old baby sister.then a flash of light,it went in to the two children, first the brother, then the sister.
7 YEARS LATER "brother,we must hurry! or else we will for sure be in deep trouble be the hands of mahado!"she said."yes, i would not like to do the ka training once again."atem said. "once again your late." said a man, he was standing by a pillar."to the training hall now. then your training is over,we'll have a talk with your father."mahado said.
ONCE IN THE TRAINING HALL:
"so mahado, what are we doing to day?" atem said. trying to change the subject. "ka training." he replied. they whined. "why again mahado?" atenra asked. "blame that on your brother."mahado said. she looked at him then at her brother.she was about to attack atem, but mahado stood between them."mahado, allow us to diaha !"she asked.(1) "fine.'' mahado said.
IN THE TRAINING ARENA:
atem summoned wing dragon of the fortress #1-his weak, first ka. atenra summoned the mystical elf-her strong, first, and forever ka.
