Starting tomorrow(May 1, 2011), I'll change myself --- from my eating habits, schedule, etc. I've decided that aside from me wanting to get thin, I also want to be an optimistic person that I usually am not. LOL. I've also prepared myself a schedule since I'm a scatterbrain without one.
DAYS WITHOUT WORK(Tuesday and Thursday) 7am - wake up 7-7:30Am - Breakfast: 1cup of Nestlé Fitnesse with Magnolia Low Fat Milk 8-9am - Exercises: Removing Love Handles, more on hips and waist exercises 9-9:30am - DDR 9:30-10 - break/ AM snack 10-10:30 - take a bath 10:30-12nn - violin practice 12-1pm - lunch: anything that mom makes. I'll just make sure that it is a balanced meal. biggrin 1-3pm - piano practice 3-6pm - computer 6-6:30pm - dinner: 1cup of Nestlé Fitnesse with Magnolia Low Fat Milk 6:30-7pm - DDR 8pm -time to sleep
DAY WITHOUT WORK (SUNDAY) 5am -wake up 5-5:30am - Breakfast: 1cup of Nestlé Fitnesse with Magnolia Low Fat Milk 6-7:30am - Hear Mass 7-7:30Am - Go home by walking then exercise/ jogging 8-9am - Exercises: Removing Love Handles, more on hips and waist exercises 9-9:30am - DDR 9:30-10 - break/ AM snack 10-10:30 - take a bath 10:30-12nn - violin practice 12-1pm - lunch: anything that mom makes.
