	Africa- The amusement park!. I did project awhile ago in civics class dealing with the out-spread of AIDs in Africa. One of the questions got me thinking, How can we help stop/slow the disease. Seeing as 60 million Africans have been touched by AIDs, it seems impossible. My idea is nuke them. Sure they'll be a couple million people pissed off but it'll be worth it. After the nuking all the big countries; Usa, Russia, Japan, and England do a huge radiation clean up. Then when it's all cleaned, turn the country into an amusement park. Those four countries I mentions could spend a few million on the park. After a couple of decades Africa's economy would skyrocket and they could pay their debt back. As for the extinct animals, ******** em'. What has a lizard ever do for you, other and provide for a good boot?.
