well, i helped my mom make them: so we forgot to oil the plate & they were v hard to get off very sticky my mom used gloves to try to peel it off - gloves so uncomfortable unfortunately it didn't work well it became squished and holey and well... for the second, i held the plate upside down and scraped it off with a spatula. it worked until it didn't - the ends that were off ended up sticking to each other as more came off... anyways if we end up forgetting oil again (lol) i think i'll powder it before i try to remove it altho we should just remember the oil in the first place lol also ;; spreading the red bean - uh the layer on the second was too thick but rolling it out also rolled the mochi bit unfortunately... so both at the same time (while they're the same big-ness?) or will they both just be too thick lol Sugoi Squirrel · Thu Mar 10, 2022 @ 05:01am · 0 Comments
