Dear Journal,
I have made a new diet for me to go on, and I think I can fallow this one. There are only 5 simple rules that are very easy to handle, but just as easly broken. If anyone want's to fallow it, be my guest.
1) You must eat all three meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner, every day. 2) Eat only half of what you get. 3) One, or no, sodas a day. Water, milk, tea, juice, etc. 4) No eating after 6:30 p.m. 5) Try to exersize at least 20 minutes three days a week.
Simple, no? Just keep those simple rules and you will lose weight. It may take a while fo it to start coming off, but after that you'll lose it quickly!
