scratch the overlook.
we're with dryspells. (he says)
you covered it well but you're all about games
and we know we're exposed to something real,
yet the dreams we want
have nothing to do with the rain.
with these nostalgic sounds you've trained me
into almost drunk love.
i'm concrete.
you hooked me, you caffeinated soul.
little time, like the dreams whispering strongly,
forgetting to sleepwalk.
like the person i found who wound up "almost".
(you, almost you)
we say anything to take the "i" away
and avoid anything a dream feeds.
i've been fact caffeinated with friends
reasoning the truth.
dreamed friends,
while all fictional yourselves kiss the concrete.
we get together in dreams,
trying fictional us-es for you.
we sleepwalk with crowds.
all the trying minutes, "almosts".
waiting before aquariums.
the waiting girl dreams hard.
instead of me and you it's just
space between nothing.
stuck inside AM dreams.
solved in minutes, not days.

- Description: i met a guy. we liked each other a lot. he lived far away. we talked a lot. the whole thing was a mess. i don't even think i can explain without tremendous amounts of time, if at all.
