Kathrynia is a girl of eighteen with hair of red spun gold and sprinkling blue green eyes. She seems to be a normal teenager, but her world was turned upside down when she turned sixteen. Her birthday started like an ordinary day. Kathrynia is the quiet type who kept her nose in books and head in the sky. She would day dream most of the day, pretending to be anything from a princess to a warrior. Kathrynia was wondering in the forest outside her family's cottage. She carried a stick that she would wield as a sword, making enemies appear and fall at her feet. Today she was in great mood not only was it her birthday, it was a glorious day. The sun shined through the tree limbs and a cool breeze blow on her face. Although many people did not venture out door as this was a day to frown upon, for tonight was a full moon and strange things happen during a full moon. Kathrynia did not care it was a beautiful day and she was going to enjoy it.
