Two Phrases That Destroyed American Culture
I wish the phrase "The customer is always right" had never been invented.
I know if this were a proper journal entry, I'd discuss it instead of simply linking it, but I don't really feel the need. She said what I would like to say, and probably ten time more eloquently. So go read it already.
