People have a lot of flaws. I'm not talking on an individual scale, but on a global one. There are just... basic traits that make mankind all messed up. Like Man's need to own and control everything, or the unwillingness to admit just how ridiculously stupid we all are. Ya know how most people can't stand someone who's exactly like them? That's another flaw. See, we all criticize our friends (come to think of it we criticize everyone), but what do you do when someone is exactly like you? When you criticize them, you suddenly find you are criticizing YOURSELF. (I've noticed that people tend to find out they are criticizing themselves when they're talking to a friend and the friend says "that sounds just like you." wink It's a mirror effect -in seeing your flaws in someone else, you grow more and more annoyed with that person for not being... perfect? for not being kind? for gossiping too much? for being too much like you? But in reality, you should be mad at yourself for what you think and do. I'm not saying that everyone realizes this; for most people it's on a more unconscious level. And people are too unwilling to change the way they are, especially if they don't recognize what's wrong. hmm...
I don't know how you remedy this.
