my niece was at a fair and in a bumper car when the engine caught on fire and sparks flowed down on her from the top thing of the car, and no one did anything till she was almost ripping herself from the harness. then they shut the thing down so she wouldn't get shocked when ran across the floor of the thing. Shes only 8 and she has more sense then the person behind the machine~ D:
