Blogging Like It was the End of the World (BLITEOTW) had tooken place on 13 June. That's not any particular notable day or anniversary, except for the unlucky number.The idea was that your posting for that day is written as if a zombie uprising were taking place - around the world, and in your home town.You blogged about how it's effecting you, what you might witness, rumours or news that you hear, and so on.Because it's taking place worldwide almost simultaneously, it's obviously a Romero-style zombiegeddon, where all the recently dead rise up, and are able to infect the living. (As opposed to a 28 Days Later-style plague).It was a collaborative event, so the more you commented on other people's posts, linked to them from your blog, spread rumours and riff on ideas, the better it was! Z-day was pretty good this year. Stayed up all night fighting off zombies with fellow zombie killers.
BEST DAY ON THE INTARWEBS. EVER.
Bunch of people getting their vital organs eaten out as sustanance for the undead can be...pretty fun to watch. lol.
Sheesh Livejournal was a freakin circus, this one girl was being a tyrant and my god was it fun.....I got turned after hiding out in tacobell......they got in through the drive threw window, was fighting them off with a spork as i was eating a taco.....but one of them threw hotsauce at me,burned my eyes, dropped my taco, cried and ran at them with a spork in eatch hand, screaming for revenge.......to many zombies...so i died.. They where eating me with mild hot sauce.....basterds.....when I was a zombie it was fun eating people, but when someone stabes you with a umbrella then man...its on
