This is still being worked on, and I've got other stories too, so, yeah. This is actually one of the most recent stories, not the first one. The first one will explain things more.
A simple story about Moon Child is not what seems very important to us, but is very special to Moon Child. One noght she was wandering on a beach when she saw a little half-demon playing all by himself. She had seen how everyone treated all those like the little hanyou and she really wanted to play with someone besides herself and the little nocternal animals. She walked over to the little half-dog-demon, whom was playing with a ball, and sat down next to him. "Hi!" she said happily. The little hanyou looked up and was instantly cheered by her happy face. "Hi!" the dog-demon said. He instantly liked this girl and wanted to play with her. "Wanna play?" "Yeah!" Moon Child said. "I'm Lum Kina!" She didn't want anyone to interrupt her fun, so she said her name in her language, or, more specifically, the language of her moon. "I'm InuYasha!" the demon said. They played all night until the sun started to rise and dear Moon Child had to leave before she fainted or worse. It is still not known what would happen to Moon Child if she was out in the sun and with no moon to keep her. After a few weeks, Moon Child realized that she really missed playing with InuYasha. And, since she was very bored, she finally decided to go see him again. Maybe she'd take him to her garden of Lum Kina Florsas; that is, if his mother would allow it. Heck, maybe she'd take the mother as well. The next night she found InuYasha where he was before, playing by himself on the beach. She ran over. "InuYasha!" she said excitedlyas she almost tripped next to him. "Lum Kina!" InuYasha said, just as happy as her. "You're back!" "Yup!" she said, smiling. "Where's your momma? I wanna take you guys somewhere!" InuYasha looked down. "I don't have a mother no more." Moon Child looked at InuYasha, confused and feeling even more for him than she did before. "I'm sorry." "It's OK," he said. "You didn't know." He looked at her face and smiled once again. "So where's this place you wanna take me?" he asked excitedly. Moon Child smiled and gently grabbed his hand. "This way," she said excitedly. She led him deep into the forest. InuYasha was too excited and young to even think about worrying about how deep in they were going. They finally made it. Moon Child covered his eyes with her hair ribbon and led him to the middle of her little garden. When she removed the ribbon from InuYasha's eyes, he stared around in amazement. "Wow," InuYasha practically whispered. He was taken away with the beauty of these many, many night-blooming flowers. Evene the scent was very calming--despite how many flowers there were--on his over-sensitive nose. When he could finally speak, he asked, "Flowers blooming at night?" "Yup!" Moon Child replied. "They're mine. I specially made them to bloom only when my moon comes out." "YOUR moon?" InuYasha looked at her confusedly. "Yeah," she said. "Have you ever heard of 'Moon Child'?" "My mother told me some stories about her," InuYasha said. "Well that's me!" Moon Child said, smiling. "You're Moon Child!?" InuYasha stared at her. "Yup!" she replied. "'Lum Kina' is 'Moon Child' in the language of my moon." "Wow," he said. "Are all the stories about you true?" he asked, bewildered. "I donno. I donno the stories," she said. "I'll tell you them," InuYasha offered happily. Moon Child happily agreed. She loved hearing stories, no matter who told them to her. They sat there all night telling stories and talking and playing in Moon Child's little garden. Before they knew it, the sun started to rise and the flowers started to close up. "I have to go," Moon Child said to InuYasha sadly. "Why?" he asked, just as sad. "I can't be in the sun where I can't see my moon. I could pass out or suttin' worse." She looked down. "Promise to come find me tomarrow night?" InuYasha begged. "'Course I will!" Moon Child said happily. They made their sad departure. Moon Child went to her daytime retreat, InuYasha to a tree to sleep. He was tired, having played all night. They got together every night. Eventually, InuYasha got her to take him with her on her wanderings. He followed and helped her as much as he could. That is, until, after many, many new moons, they returned to their first meeting place. InuYasha felt like hehad to stay. But Moon Child could never stay in one place for too long. Soon enough, they made their last, sad departure. Moon Child was again alone. Moon Child and InuYasha had many fun adventures together. Moon Child finally concluded that, she may not have her friend with her anymore, but at least she had many memories of him. And, she always hopes, that perhaps she'll see him again.
