Well, I just got back from the comic shop I enjoy. It's 3d comics on arkansas in Arlington tx. It's a great little shop, kind of like the rebel forces comared to lonestar comics evil empire. Anyway i got New Avengers #5 FINALLY, batgirl #63 for teh neko, and Superman/batman #19. It was the best book I bought this month, absoultely wonderful story, with nice art. Written by Jeph Loeb, adn art by Ian Churchill. I hate dc for putting a new book on my buy list though since they announced a new supergirl title starting sometime this summer. :must get:
Any way, My new interest : The Sentry , basically Marvels version of superman, but with a really amazing twist. He is his own worst enemy, LITERALLY. See, from what I can gather every time he uses his powers he gets closer and closer to becoming the void, basuically a huge endbringer. due to my research it looks like when matt murdock says that Sentry was in prison for killing his wife is because the Void took over and killed her, but I'm not too sure. I'm going to have to go get the sereis he had a while back, it looks really cool, but I'm not too thrilled about the jae lee art work. Oh well.
Sadly STILL no script from my collaborator, hoping he hasn;t gotten bored and stopped working on the idea. That would really piss me off. Screw it, I've got me umi working on a starwars story for me. I'm looking forward to it. I NExt week shall be ather boring though. Sunday i'm sending Neko to visit Umi, so they can spend some time together. I'll probably go next wednesday and see what I can find for back issues. Well, I'm done rambling.
