	Well I am not totally sure, but when you are feeling sick or down, Doctor Mario tends to throw multi-colored pills at you. http://cache.kotaku.com/gaming/images/drmarioinsulin.jpg Also this showed up when I googled Dr. Mario. : / http://www.scheppel.com/blogimages/drmario-kool-krew-17-phat.jpg I wouldn't let him operate on me. : o
