Well, this is the first post. I'm not sure how often I will post in this sucker or even the quality of the posts. Never really kept a journal or such online or offline, for that matter.
Some ground rules before we set off on this grand expedition, so you know what to expect:
I am a college student: This fact means that I will likely bloviate and type a lot of text. Usually, in college, us poor victims are restricted and forced to be concise. Without this barrier, we explode in all other forms of communication. Just expect large posts.
I am a college student V.2: This fact means that I will likely utilize language that is unfamiliar to you. I have been accused of abusing my vocabulary. It's ok. Dictionary.com is your friend!
I am a college student V.2.1: This fact means that I will likely appear to be a high-falutin arrogant punk who uses this journal to bloviate and appear smarter than you. By the way, I am a high-falutin arrogant punk who utilizes his vocabulary and knowledge to make people he does not like (and some people he does like) appear to be inferior. You probably can handle this, but if not, please don't take me too seriously.
That is generally a good groundwork for describing the attitude behind my posts. What I will likely write about is a mystery, because if I knew that, it wouldn't be much fun at all. Spontaneous explosions of wit and candor are just a lot more fun to read than fully developed ideas, in my opinion.
