this is an actual nightmare! not some ficticious story!

i was in a dark room. i couldnt see my own hand inches away from my face but i knew it was there. suddenly, this girl started screaming. its was terrified, not a happy scream. so on instinct, i went to help her. but as i got closer to her, her screams got louder, like i was getting closer to her. but her screams got more terrified, like i was the one making her terrified. then, her screams STOPPED. it was silent in this room, or wherever i was. then, i heard this growl, next to my ear, so i started screaming. i stopped screaming when i seen the eyes, teeth, and claws of this "creature". it had red eyes, and silver claws and fangs. i fell to my knees crying and screaming for dear life. when it came closer i stopped screaming since it was so close i thought it was attacking me because it heard me. then, in ONE swift, movement, its lashed its claws at my neck, and i started bleeding severely. then, the last thing i knew, as i was dieing, was i licking and sucking the blood off of me and the ground. my last thought in my mind, was that "i was in the underworld, and i was going to die here." and surely enough, i died.

this nightmare has been haunting me for the last 4 months. i have it every night and when i die in the nightmare, i wake up and scream. ive been losing alot of sleep from this nightmare. so someone plz help me figure this nightmare out and why i may be having it. plz and thx!
