WOW!
I am a ninja but my first mission givin to me by my Master Hoshi an A rank ninja was the STUPIDEST MISSION EVER! It was to write a report on Shuriken.I mean I just graduated and completed the tasks required to be a ninja and I'm giving this MISSION!
Well, my report was this:
Shuriken are traditional Japanese conceal weapons. Shuriken really means “Hand Hidden Blade.” This shuriken would generally be used as a secondary weapon to a katana (sword) or a yari (spear). Shuriken were usually thrown at the feet, hands, or face. They weren’t really meant to kill but to distract in battle. When in close combat shuriken were use to stab or cut the enemy’s arteries. The art or wielding shuriken was called shuriken-jutsu. It was a secret art and because of this not much is known about its origin. There’s two different type of shuriken. One type was Bo-Shuriken. A Bo-Shuriken are usually iron or steel and straight. They would be about five to eight inches long and about thirty-five to a hundred and fifty grams. Bo-Shuriken are usually long and straight and are round, square, or hexagon shape at the ends. Hira Shuriken are flat pieces of metal and could be made from different materials and different shapes.
