I can't believe how bored I am right now. I usually visit a role playing site on a regular basis, but the server's gone so the site's no longer with us. The admin said that he's backed everything up so once he gets a new one running we'll be good to go, but in the mean time I'm stuck with pretty much doing nothing.

I'm supposed to be working on a campaign for the annual anime convention I go to, but I can't. I'm as far as I can go until April when I take down the voting thread for what everyone wants to do. It's going to be a crossover, much like I did two years ago, but unlike during that time there isn't as much interest even though it's what people were asking for. I guess we just change our minds that quickly, and get bored with various concepts quicker than I would have liked.

I ran into a friend of mine who role plays, and he invited me to his group, but because everyone's got such busy lives, we haven't gotten a game together yet. So until then I guess I'm just sitting by my phone. Sometimes it's a real bother living in a small city.

There's a few RPs on Gaia here that I could do, and one I even belong to/moderate, but it's just not the same. I'm not the kind of person who likes to type out scenarios with other people, and I'm not a gamer so WoW and all the other online RPGs aren't for me either. Not that my computer could run any of them anyways.

Something might work out eventually.
