I just want to give you some tips on unraveling your depression.
1. Listen to music sing even if you're choking on tears.
2. Scream, throw, stomp, let out the angered feelings.
3. Write the reason of your depression down filling a whole page or more in your notebook.
4. Laugh, laugh histerically, non-stop, laughing lifts your spirits.
5. Cry.
