The Truth
This life we are living,
Is it really fair?
While people are dying,
Others don't care
Soldiers are being shot
Back and forth, left and right
Even the closest families
Are now starting to fight
We're wasting so much food
While children are dieing of starvation
Even though we're separate countries
We are all one big nation
There's diseases being spread in countries
With no doctors within sight
This is nowhere close to the "American Way"
It just isn't right
I think we can spare a little time
To help these people out
So they're not living they're whole lives
With hearts filled up with doubt
They need to learn to have some faith
Things will get better from there
We will all learn to be better people
And actually start to care
