Syx and Noem, also known as Projects 262 and 292. They were created by the US and Japanese government to protect against terrorist and a sudden alien threat. They also were test for super soldiers, as well as strength and agility beyond those of humans also have emotions. Adding emotions was to make it so these machines are not cold killing machines. Project 262 was stolen from Japan by it's creator and Project 292 broke free before being captured by a group of bank robbers. Syx was the name chosen by Project 262, no one knows why but that was the name he chose. Project 292, however, went with the name TNT while with the bank robbers. After Syx and his creator captured and disabled TNT, TNT name was switched to Noem. The name Noem means No Emotion, the name was given to him because before being found by Syx the robbers somehow disabled his emotions and destroyed the component responsible for emotions. Three months after finding Noem, and two after reviving him, the creator of Syx was brutally murdered. Syx witness the murder but because the emotion program was not completely finished it was fragile and caused him to block the memory, or data, of the incident so he can never remember it. Syx and Noem now live with a young man, his girlfriend, and a hacker, that live underground. Syx has a human apearance and Noem is huminoid but is completely metal. Now they have no purpose, no meaning, they live in solitute amongst the humans.
