	why do people try to help you when you are down but they don't know what wrong and they just make you feel more dad then you were so why should you help them.

Because, they do not mean to make you feel worse. They do not wish to do so, it just happens by accident. Most people wish to help others, like youre friends and myself! we just want to make people feel better is all, making others feel worse is all an accident.
