Touch
two inches from sleep
sittin with him
words whispered
his breath tickles my skin
his hand on my sleeve
fingering my fragile heart
running up and down
closed eyes to view the dark
touch running up my spine
and a gasp let out
turning around laughing
lip out in a pout
his eyes merry
and lashes wave
but his smile hurts
and to him i cave
fingers between ribs
skin so pale
cloth removed
but alone i fail
body against the cold
but a warm embrace
hearing warmth spoken
and my heart skips a pace
alone at last
to suffer in quiet
but this "peace" in me
stirs a riot
biting down to bleed
a razor to caress my skin
bringing memories of him
where his touch had been
he doesnt know it all
for who would tell
he saves me
but is part of my hell
soon to be abandoned
left alone to cry
love long lost
inside i die
so run ur hand along my waist
ill remember it was there
my razor will retrace ur steps
and ur scars i will bear
anything to keep the false hope
to hang over the edge
thinking of u
bleeding out red
