Clarisse: Finally, a new camper I don't have to hate.

Clarisse: No. You made me hurt Silena's feelings. How could I?
Annabeth: Just START THE STORY! I'M GOING ON A DATE WITH PERCY IN AN HOUR!!!

ANNABETH'S POV:
Finally, Seaweed Brain's B-day. No more waiting. It was time for the party. Clarisse stopped hating us, knowing it wouldn't help in the war, and decided she would choose the decor. I dropped the cake on the floor. It was amazing. Everything was themed ocean and beach. The present table was neat and waiting. The bars were filled with good looking dinners and desserts, and banners and baloons flew around, with something that said: Happy Birthday, PERCY! "Good job, Clarisse." I mumbled, picking the cake back up. Luckily, nothing went wrong with it. Not even a smear of icing. "Thanks. Silena made them. I just chose the design and ordered the food. I snuck into his room and found his About Me thingy. I found his favorite gourmet foods, and wrote them down on the catering order form. Sraight from Olympus." Wow, Olympus made food. This ought to be good. "Everyone's here?" I asked. My cabinmate, Sam, nodded. "Pretty much everyone who was invited except the birthday guy. It's your turn to get him. The Demeter cabin is outside growing "party plants." I smiled, then jogged to the Poseidon cabin. Then I remembered. The cabins had been returned, along with the cabinmates, just last night. Roxie helped them escape. Sadly, nobody knew where Thalia's pine was. Or, Roxie. All I knew was Thalia had made it to the party. She was busy making the cabin glow silver like cabin 8. "Percy!!" I whispered, shaking him. "Augh... W-Wisegirl? Why are you up this early?" he got up, (I wasn't looking, I swear on the River Styx) changed, and stood in front of me as if waiting for an explanation. the sun was just rising. "Follow me, Happy birthday, and hurry up!" He smiled. "I am, thanks, and I am!" he muttered. Finally we made it to the well-decorated, well silver glowing cabin 4. "Why are we here?" he asked me. "Just follow me." I practically dragged him up the steps, and turned the light on. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY, PERCY!!" everyone chorused. "Thanks, guys. This means alot." I hugged him, and held on till Thalia came in with alot of dance party CD's- "Let's get this party started, hunter and camper style!!" She started as the DJ, then joined everyone, dancing and making the room glow a thousand colors. "Shall we dance?" he questioned. "We shall!" I squealed, as he lead me onto the dance floor, built by the Hermes cabin. After the dancing, we got drinks and caught up with each others lives, which meant how was camp so far. "Present time!" Karri yelled over the noise. "Me first!" everybody screamed at once."Single file line!" Percy shouted. Maybe he isn't this popular, just this will be the last fun time before war prep. Chiron even said so, a few months back, when we had planned the event. "Karri," Percy smiled. Karri handed him her gift. He tore it open, and saw a picture of all his friends in a pretend trip to the beach. "Thanks, Karri." He gave her a hug, then they got a picture together, which Karri got to keep. The presents went on and on, until it was Thalia and me left in line. Thalia handed him her gift. The paper was silver and glowing. Inside he found a conch horn incase he needed the hunters, and a picture of Thalia and the hunters playing go fish. "Thanks," he said, after the picture. Finally, me. I handed him my gift, hoping I did pretty well. He practically ripped the paper off. It was what Clarisse had told me he wanted, a picture of him and the rest of the campers. Not much but he beamed with joy. "Thanks so much!" I smiled as he pulled me into a hug. SNAP! The photo was handed to me, and I promised I would hold onto it forever. This was his birthday of a lifetime.

Annabeth: That party was fun.
Percy: It was awesome.
Clarisse: It was almost better than the gift I gave him.... MUAHAHA.
