So I was told to make a Journal, and here it is... I didn't want to make a real one because it sounded somewhat 'girlish' which I totally don't mind. It's midnight at this moment, and I'm playing Persona3 FES and I'm going to play FF12 soon;both games I recently bought so it might take a while for me to beat them, which means less online-time for me.

Sum 41 is a key to the Middle School memory room in my brain, it just makes me recall everything that happened during that time, which really amazes me, but then again, the mind tends to connect things to make it easier to remember.

So I was feeling poetic one day, and wrote this piece:

The Lover's Journey

Amidst the voyage to adulthood
paths are presented to us
choices are chosen on mood,
why make such a fus?
Let the flow carry you,
the search for the other half
who eventually you will meet,
upon the twilight,
the story shall be complete

Days go by,
as time just flies
The storm arrives
words filled with lies
The cumulus cloud is splattered
all looks dim,
but a small flower
who seems to gain from this shower.

The raindrops,
once thought to be bad,
are nothing but
a sign of sad.
Every raindrop possesed a memory,
who led the couple
back to harmony.

I don't think it's good, but I can't judge my own work since I'll probably give it a C- or something, so you guys should tell me your opinions on it, don't be afraid of sharing some constructive criticism. It's my first REAL poem, to be honest. I'd also like to know what message it brings to you, or what do you think is the message that I'm trying to send out? Analyzing a poem is always entertaining.
