Lately i've been lacking sleep, and as I knew, less than 11 hours of sleep is unhealthy. I'm always 'watching' stories in my head, which kind of, in my case,
keeps me awake. But i'm trying to make myself use a bit more energy
so I can fall asleep better. It works. I mean, bowling, going hyper in a private party room, and laser tag keeps me tired... but oh well. I'm sure that when school starts again i'll be more tired than ever, so I think that will have to do for the rest of the days. But for summer, I'm not exactly sure yet.
