Laying under a stary blanket with your beauitiful face behind my closed eyes.
I think of those happy days, when I called you my Sunshine and you called me your Dreamcloud.
I open my eyes, face damp with tears.
The memories fade.
My throat clenched with a silent cry, my heart torn in two.
Memories are all I have of us two, you've left.
As tears stain this page, I hope to you I wake I know it'll never be but it's worth a shot.
I close my eyes and fall asleep whispering into the wind my silent cry.
When I wake to see the sun I'll whisper it again.
I hope I get the chance to tell you one last time....
