I'll start at Friday. the start of the convention. First thing I got my idol Skottie Young's autograph. if you don't know him shame on you and go check outled heavy It's full of great artists. Then I met Jason Mewes( jay of jay and silent bob) and rounded out my day meeting Jim Mclauchlin, and Jim Lee. Job wise friday i met a guy named Robert Banijillo from across the pond comics. He was a really nice guy and told me that basically if I worked on drawing smoother and watched more movies to see how the shots are set up, i'd be golden. he was really surprised that i was only 18, as was everyone else that looked at my work. they all said i was ahead of the game. xd go me I rock. then Saturday, I met J.Obarr, the creator of the crow and I must say he was a d**k. oh well. forgot my camera saturday though so no pictures crying . thus no picture of the guy in full power rangers megazord armor...I laughed alot at him. Sunday wa definatly the best. I got to meet Michael Turner, and attended a portfolio building class he was taching that day. the only bad thing about working for him that I can think of is having to move to Marina Del Ray California. ( speelling may be wrong) then after his class I got his autograph and a picture with him. for my first convention it was definatly a great experience. Especially all the free s**t.. blaugh then today..oh man today I open up my e-mail and have a message asking me to attend an open call for a spokesmodel. Me...i'm thinking what the hell? What is it casting for Jackasses of texas calendar? oh well, I'm gonna go. sounds like fun, even if just for a joke.
