i woke up today with the oddest feeling.
it's been building and lingering for days now.
i woke up and i was completely paralyzed
not physically,
mentally.

i didn't move.
i had no will to live.
it was the scariest thing to ever happen to me.

when i did get up i didn't know what to do.
i went upstairs,
and i've been sitting here ever since.

i feel like i don't belong in the living world.
i feel like a ghost.
i don't know what to do.
