Had my first chem exam today. I am too tired to think about much else, so here goes my rant entry...
The exams are made by the teachers inputting 300 different questions. These 300 questions are then randomly selected by the computer to create a different exam for each person. Basically, no 2 exams are the same.
That being said, I got totally screwed by the system today. Out of 40 questions, I had 25 on determining the number of molecules needed to complete a complex reaction, 10 on calculating the weight of the different parts of a reaction when you're only given volume to work from, and 5 basic vocabulary/common sense questions. Most of the difficult questions gave you units of measurement we hadn't even heard mentioned in lecture...
I'm not looking forward to the grade of this exam...
