Captain Ara's Nestegg
I thought that some really great poses came out this time around for it. Bigger birds, the spy glass, a treasure map. But the best thing I think was the shirts, I have been clamoring for some more Renaissance style clothing and this is definitely what I wanted.
Coocoon
After losing the sashes for this evolution it was just kinda meh for me, nothing that I can really see myself using but I did like the moth fairy.
Dander
This time we continue to get more clothing that looks oh so soft and fluffy. The item seems to have shifted more toward a female following than trying to make things that are male friendly.
Fallen Wish
Finally this star is starting to shine for me. I love the shoulder cape and faceplate and the little star is starting to look like what could become a dragon.(I know I am reading way too much into that, thanks a lot Lanzer. XD)
Padmavati's Lotus
The final evolution gives everyone what they have been waiting for since the beginning, the naga body. But aside from the naga and bird bodies this item gave us 4 different skins! I honestly think there is something for everyone from this item and Drinky's work really shines through. I know it can't be easy trying to appease everyone on gaia but I think it's safe to say that Drinky accomplished just that.
Random Thoughts and Comments
I haven't wrote my feedback for the EI's in the past couple of weeks, mostly due to the fact that I was feeling kind of lazy and that my opinion's matched for the most part Tempest's, but I did want to take a moment and go back to thank Buuki and Pepper Tea for the awesome work that they did on the Enchanted Book and Piccolitrosso's Urn, two items which I use heavily when dressing my avatar.
I wanted to send out a get well soon to L0cke, and to tell you that we appreciate the work you are doing on the Death Whisper and look forward to the evolution in store.
The splitting of the EI: It seems Gaia has finally found a way for us to have all our missing poses. I like the idea, but it does leave me with a question. If we split an item, will we be able to equip a pose from half A and half B, or will it just unequip?

Fallen Wish, Gimpi, Gro-Gain, Padmavati's Lotus, Picolitrosso's Urn, Titan's Legacy, Trick or Treat Tote.
The Fallen Wish seems to be a really slow starter, after having the awesome Ryuusei and crater poses added in after the evolution I feel that it really took a step backward and am hoping for some new poses to pop up like last time.
Gimpi I thought had some good and unique poses, I really liked the monster hat, and the throat pin, although I do wish it looked like it sat under our chin more.
The Lotus gives us some cool new skins to try out in some really good colors that really shine with the gold in there as well.
What can I say about the Urn that I haven't said already? The helmet is totally a favorite, and the headdress, the cape, and the sash being totally great. As for the birds I only wish that they had a little more color.
They finally decide to acknowledge Titans and give us answer that has burning in gaian's minds since it came out, was it an EI or not? Well it sprouted! Really not much to say about it other than it reminds me of Jack and Beanstalk at the moment. lol
The Tote really lost me this week, I really enjoyed the bright colors and its playful poses and this week it just seemed to really become drab.

Dander, Fallen Wish, Padmavati's Lotus, Picolitrosso's Urn, Trick or Treat Tote
The Dander did just as we all thought it would we have dust bunnies, nothing really to write home about. I can only wonder where things will go with it from here though.
Fallen Wish gives us some great head accessories, I really like the cloud circlet. I only wish that it would have given us more than just 3 poses, not really much to go on to figure things out what it might be.
The Lotus seems kinda mediocre for me, a couple of date poses, which I never really liked, a strange celestial snake and some head jewels. Bleh.
The Urn is this weeks shining light. The EI savior if you will, two incredible masks, a scarf and Picolit and Rosso finally giving us a glimpse of what we have been waiting for ever since we saw them. I love the flame mask, I only wish I didn't like my hat so much right now.
Trick or Treat Tote. What the hell, evolved only after 3 days! Its a really nice playful item, with the horns and the mouth. I am eager to see if the theme will change or just keep advancing on the candy corn.
Okay, I'm really curious about the Titan's Legacy now. Singh mentioned nothing about it and the evolving item tags have been removed from it, making me wonder if it is still and EI at all or if the overseer is going to be the one responsible for making it change.
Sept. 26
Inari's Beads, Yama no Tamago, Enchanted Book, Death Whisper, Picolitrosso's Urn, Gimpi, Captain Ara's Nestegg.
Inari's Beads finished up this week with a bang giving us a new pair of fox ears and tails, in three different color schemes no less. A lot of people are griping about the poses not being together but I can kind of understand why they did it, after all sometimes people want a tail but not ears, me being one of them. The robes I have a minor complaint with, especially the black/blue one. It doesn't match the earlier released top at all other than the bright blue. Gem said some things are getting tweaked hopefully that is one of them.
The Yama had some really good things this week. I absolutely love the mountain background and the hawk poses and the wakazashi gives us some more weapon options.
Enchanted Book. What can I say, when this item first came out I was hardly impressed up until its last evolution when it started to give us male clothing. This evolution is no different that it delivers on the male clothing giving us awesome coats and the most incredible cloaks that I feel Gaia has ever seen.
The Death Whisper continues its very strange path that none of us can figure out a theme too. Needless to say I was quite unimpressed again and am just waiting for it to finish so I can get the "stabbed" pose back.
The Gimpi, which finally has artist confirmation, gave us a combination of the strange little imps from the olympics, but I feel the best part was the star hanger, keep up the great work Gem2niki.
Picolit's minivolution delivered where last weeks evolution failed in my eyes. The blue bicorne is something that I would wear and the jester hat I'm sure is clamored by quite a few gaians.
Captain Ara's Nestegg, the newest kid on the block comes out of the gate with a mediocre start, a bunch of poses for the egg between holding it and setting it on the ground, good thing it had the hair pins to make people want it.
Sept. 19
Padmavati's Lotus, Kelp o th' Lock, Gro-Gain, Picolitrosso's Urn - The lotus was rather plain for me, nothing really exciting except for maybe the Gold/Orange skin.
The Kelp had some poses that I thought were rather strange. I really liked the background poses for it, but why the recolors, its not like we have the other poses in those colors, unless they plan on going back and making that happen, but I don't think that would be wise. The users want new and exciting poses, not just the same ones in a bunch of colors, at least I don't.
The Gro-Gain continues its hairy trek. I like the addition of the body hair, as you can now really make that Weapon X cosplay happen.
I was rather disappointed with the Urn this week, for having such dynamic poses thus far I wonder where they went. I didn't like the half mask, maybe if it had the diamond over the other eye. I only hope that the unlocking poses are better.
