When I awoke I found my body weak, my hands quivering from the other's actions. I sat up slowly, groaning from the soreness of my body..."Damnit all, why do I feel so worn after a good bit of sleep?!" I muttered softly, turning on the Television for some background noise.
"And we are LIVE at the Draken Colliseum, where the gathering contestants are getting ready for the preliminaries of this wonderful tournament! I'm your host, Yaki Kruk, bringing you all the coverage you need!"
"Auron, you know we should go to that Tournament, you could use the money, and I can begin to teach you how to properly use your Bokken and maybe a real sword."
My body litereally flinched at his words, his entrance into my concious so swift and fluid that I felt the effects after he finished speaking, not before his start.
"Damnit you Samurai! Give me some warning before you go off and invade my mind!" I bellowed, a smile on my face.
"Sounds like a good idea though." I gathered my stuff and left out, grabbing a cab to take me the forty some-odd miles to the Colisseum.
