It's the same with dogs. Dogs are like that to, only they'll let you cling to them for hours, or until they need to pee, in that case they'll inform you by grunting and whiningand shaking a bit.
Thats the thing with pets, no matter what they will always love you as long as you love them.
Take my dog Shasta for example. I scared Sasta so bad last year she hid under the table for then entire 30 min that I was yelling and screaming, and punching pillows ( scream evil cry ). By the end I had yelled myself horse and I was sweating like I have never sweated before, but she still slowly crawled out from under the table, rolled on her back and looked at me like she was saying "Please don't be mad anymore, your scaring me." Despite my best efforts she defeated me with her stare and I cuddled with here from about an hour.
Pets really are the best friend you will ever have. heart <3
