I'm actually going to Hawaii.
So of course I'm gonna hit the beach.
But a few problems are preventing that.
1. Terrible self-esteem and/or self-confidence.
2. A bad swimsuit body. Real bad.
3. Flat-out unhealthy body.
I've looked at crash diets, and yes. That's something I plan when June gets closer. I just want to look good for that week. Trust me, the band kids are hott. I don't wanna look bad.
But now- jogging more than I usually do.
Maybe once or twice a week?
And I always drink diet pops... but I suppose, if I'm gonna look slimmer, I might as well be all-around helthier, right?
So now- water, flavored water, and sports drinks.
(I would DIE without somethign sweet.)
