She whispers my name late at night
With a musical tone of love
She comes in peace and stays with me
Though i don't hear her there at all

Somedays she cries with me
In all those hours i felt alone
Somedays I walk alone except for my shadow
That tells me she is there after all

Her laugh still stays with me
Even though it seems a million years ago since she last laughed
Her love still grows forever strong in me
When it seems to give up everything I know

On cold winter nights her spirit keeps me warm
Though no fire is near in sight
On rainy days I think of her
Playing and so alive outside

When I go and visit the spot she lies
She listens when the world tunes me out
When i depart, I never say goodbye
I tell her I will see you seen so she knows I will be with her soon
