Ranmaru was surprised to see Kyo as a wolf"I thought you were a fox demon"

Kyo sat tilted her head some at him as her ears twitched"I am..well at least half anyway."She scratched her ear with her back leg some"The other half of me is wolf demon"

"I see,so that explains it"Ranmaru looked at Kyo still abit confused.

"Well I have somewhere to be,so we have to hurry"Kyo started to walk towards the sidewalk.

After awhile of walking they reached a small house.Before going up to the house Kyo transformed back into her original form.

Ranmaru looked at the house some"Woah,so what we gonna raid this house or somethin.I would love to see what human lives here"

Kyo ignored Ranmaru's comment while shaking her head slightly"Your hopeless"She walked up to the door and knocked on it.

The door opened a little while later and a small boy came out tackling Kyo to the ground hugging her.

"Mommy"The little boy hugged Kyo tight happy to see her.

Ranmaru blinked watching the little boy.He glanced at Kyo abit. "Theres no way she could be this kids mother..could she"

Kyo smiled at the boy as he hugged her.She stood up with him still clinging to her."Ya know its kinda hard to stand with you weighing down on me like this"She patted the boy on his head as she ran her hands through his hair.

Ranmaru walked over to both of them and looked down at the boy with a angry look.

The small boy let go of Kyo and hid behind her legs.Kyo bent down to the boys level and kissed his forehead"Hey why don't you go and wash up for me"She looked at him giving him a warm smile.

The small boy nodded his head and walked in the house disappearing up the stairs.

Kyo stood up and walked in the house."Well are you coming in or not?"She looked sternly over at Ranmaru.

"I thought you didn't want me anywhere near you"Ranmaru smirked at Kyo as he walked in the house and sat down at a table.

Kyo closed the door after Ranmaru walked in and sat at the table with him."I don't but I know Ryu would be mad at me if I left you out there."

"I'm guessing thats the young boys name"Ranmaru looked over at Kyo"Tell me is that really your son"

Kyo looked down at her hands"Yes..he is my son"

Ranmaru slammed his hand down on the table as he stood up"I know your lying,that kids a human.Theres no way your his mother"

Kyo quickly stood up and looked at Ranmaru"I don't care.I'm still his mother no matter what you or anyone else says"She clenched her hand in a fist.

Kyo sighed as she sat back down"Your right,he isn't my son...but it shouldn't matter to you"

Ryu came running down the stairs and at the last one he tripped and fell into the wall."Oww"

"Ryu!"Kyo stood up and ran over to him."I told you not to run on the steps"She lifted his head up seeing a red mark on his forehead"

"Mother,you worry to much"Ryu gave Kyo a big smile"Its just alittle scratch"He stood up and walked over to the table.
