Attemped Love Poem/Song When you look at me, I look away. Can you tell? I feel this way? You stare me in the eyes And my chest starts to pound. You may not be perfect But, you’re the one I found * I see your face And my heart starts to pace And it reminds me Of the love that could be I know, nothing good ever lasts Everything becomes the past * When I’m away from you My heart bleeds blue You don’t know it yet But, you’re in love with me too I want you to hold my hand And tell me you’ll never leave So I won’t have to suffer this grieve *** You won’t be here forever And when you leave You’ll never know I cannot show Oh all the woe You’ll never know You’ll never know
