I was wandering down the street today when it hit me.

2008 was over.

Looking back on it, I really don't feel all that much joy. I did a lot of stupid things that year. I feel like an idiot, and I feel like a child.

Well, it's 2009, and I've got a few things to say about the upcoming year:

I swear to get every single monthly that comes my way. I also swear to make new friends, drop off some old ones, and overall become a lot more likable in this year. (Except for Quince, but I'll get to her some other day.) Oh! Not to be forgotten, I also swear to get my first kiss. Really. I will! STOP LAUGHING, GAWDAMMIT! ...erhem...I also swear to write in my journal every day. Not just whenever I want to, but every day.

*phew*

I guess I'll see you another day.
