chapter 4
look through my eyes

im walking along the sidewalk. i just left my boyfriends house. well ex-boyfriend now. he broke up with me. i feel someone walking behind me. in all black i think cause all i see is a shadow. i stop and turn around. its a tall man. he looks drunk. the man grabs me and runs to this dark place. then he just starts to rape me. i get away. its getting dark. i run as fast a i can. but i trip and fall. the man beats me and then just leaves. i lay there. unable to move. bleeding. all of a sudden cold hands touch me and pick me up.
"itll be all right." he said. i feel a pinch at my neck and everything goes black

My flash back ends. Nick gasps.
"oh my gosh."
"huh? what?"
"you were raped too?"
"how...but..what?"
"i....i can sort see into peoples past and future."
"you can?"
"yeah. but it didnt work before. i guess because you dont remember i cant see it."
"wow... do i have a power."
"not sure. usually it will come to you once you start to get in control."
"hm." i stared into his eyes. beautiful blue eyes. the kind of lost the hazel touch to them. in fact they completely lost it. "whats with your eyes?"
"hm? oh yeah i forgot to tell you. when a vampires mood changes, there eye color changes to match the emotion."
"whats blue?" Nick's cheeks turned red. "well?"
"i forget."
"then why are you blushing like a tomato?"
"um well..... we should get home now." he got up and started out the door.
"hey dont change the subject!" i got up and followed him. "hey!" he sighed.
"blue means a deep sexual feeling." i stopped in my tracks. his gorgeous face starred at me in guilt and shame. Nick was in love with me.
