so i recently wrote a poem.
i hope you enjoy so here goes:
Stare upon a dark blue night,
with all it's shining friends,
to think the sun shall shine again,
when this nighttime ends.
You lay there silent as trees blow in the wind,
as the crickets chirp and the squirrels sleep.
You lay there still, silent as night,
just waiting for the sun.
Waiting for when the sun comes up,
where deep red will run.
The sun will wake form it's short slumber,
to see the coldest faces.
To wish to see another day,
when happiness is free.
But that day will never come,
for the sun has seen.
But the moon has many phases,
and has seen many things.
But all that greets the moon you see,
is the squirrel asleep in a tree.
A cricket chirping nearby a pond,
or perhaps a soothing melody?
To wish to see only these things,
is a fairy tales dream.
But the moon has seen many things?
Tell me why can't it be?
This is so for the moon,
for there is no one around.
No one to hurt or murder or kill,
no one to demolish but instead live safe
for things are aloud to grow, to be,
everything there meant to be.
So stare upon a dark blue night,
with all it's shining friends.
To think the sun will come again,
when this night time ends.
.....well that's it
hope you enjoyed it. if not oh well
you probably wouldn't be at the bottom of the page if you really didn't like it
