So this entry is really delayed... Yup, the Regional competition was weeks ago. Basically, I was filling in for someone, but I still studied and stuff. Good thing too, because I get to go with the team to state smile So happy.
When our team got to the competition place, we found out that we had been using a 2008 schedule to plan our events. But it was all good. We qualified for state. I got first in both my events: Fossils and Write it/Do it. Not much competition though. Maybe six other teams? Neh. Don't really care. I got 1st out of X number of people in my event doesn't sound as good as I got 1st. So let's leave it at that. I got first.
(Kinda like when I got first in a triathalon in my age group. I also got last)
Currently trying to find a Earth Science middle school textbook to take notes from for more studying.
Obviously procrastinating on homework...
