What I want in love, and to be honest what I hope you want to have
The best/truest types of love that when you think about it, not even in just a Christian or any other religious way, makes the best sense to have. Having just one or two, or not having one or two; think about it, do you think that type of a relationship can last? Yes I am a Christian, but I'm not saying this to convert or tell you what to believe, I'm just speaking my mind.. so read up and try to look at what you want or what you have in a relationship
Agape – Unconditional. The kind of love that while you know no one is perfect, you love them even for their faults.
Phileo – Brotherly. The kind of love that’s a comradeship
Eros – Intimate. The kind of love that’s intimate, yeah even erotic
Now when you read the first you may say, “But Erik, my bf/gf uses me or hits me or abuses me.” Well look at the second one. To be a comrade means you don’t hurt the other person or your not letting yourself be hurt. If you are being abused or used, then you have a possible 1 or 2 OUT of 3. Is that good? Then there is the BIG third one.. hahaa, when I was typing ‘third’ I started to type ‘thril(l)’.. Thinking about it, since eros is erotic and that is thrill its ironic. Yes I think sex is something that should be done AFTER one is married, but let me just ask something. If you are having sex.. why? Why are you having sex? You love the guy or you love the lady. Your gona get married.. okay then will waiting kill you? You use a condom, you use protection, you do EVERYTHING that you can to protect yourself and your other, but its not 100%. Yes it can get close, but its not perfect, nothing is. In an age where things can be used against you, why?!

You know me, you know i totally respect your Christian beliefs, but I was wondering if you thought about potential answers to your question to those who choose sex before marriage. You asked if two people love each other and they know they are meant for each other...why can't they wait. Well, what are the consequences of NOT waiting. If they already made up their minds that they were in love and wanted to be together, to me the worse thing that could happen is to get pregnant...and while i'll say that unplanned pregnancy is a b***h to have to deal with, its not exactly a death sentence either. Or what if people are so in love that they are prepared to accept any consequences that go along with choosing intercourse? Just a couple of different perspectives to look into sir! Though i do agree, people shouldn't be having sex JUST to be having sex. You should be in love with someone and it should be a decision between the two of you. Not just for fun, not just b/c your drunk, but b/c of love!
